Hi there! I'm Lois, a registered nutritional therapist. I approach health holistically, considering all aspects - the physical and the mental - with the aim of addressing the root causes. ​I can help in many areas of health, but areas I mainly deal with are women's health, gut health, and mental health. Nutrition is a powerful tool to help with pain, reproductive and fertility issues, bloating, stomach disorders, anxiety, and depression, but I also place an importance on lifestyle interventions with my clients. This blend of diet and lifestyle helps bring positive improvements and long-lasting good habits. Once you feel better and more in control of your health, you will appreciate the power of good food and you won't want to go back.
